Ms. Natasha A. Darko : Natasha A. Darko is Pre-Doctoral Researcher in Social Sciences with the Dodowa Health Research Centre. She works on the ADOWA- GTR Project , where she conducts qualitative research on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and wellbeing in West Africa. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Social Sciences of Health from the University of Ottawa in Canada. Following her undergraduate degree, Natasha worked in the HIV sector developing, implementing and evaluating HIV prevention programs for marginalized communities in Canada. Natasha then enrolled in the Master of Arts in Community Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada. The Master thesis was funded by the Ontario HIV Treatment Network.Her Master’s thesis focused on sexual and reproductive health service access of young African, Caribbean and Black women in  Canada.  Natasha is passionate about social justice and health equity for adolescents and continues to prioritize working with adolescent communities in West Africa and the diaspora.
